Policies

  • Cancellation Policy – Bella Rosa Beauty LLC

At Bella Rosa Beauty LLC, we value our clients’ time and strive to provide the highest level of professional service. To ensure a smooth and respectful scheduling process for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

    Cancellations & No-Shows

Clients are kindly asked to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to scheduled appointments.

    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a non-refundable cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service cost.

    • No-call, no-show appointments will be treated as late cancellations and are subject to the same cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

    Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their appointment at any time prior to the scheduled service without incurring any fees. We understand that life happens, and we are happy to accommodate rescheduling whenever possible.

  • At Bella Rosa Beauty LLC, we are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for all clients. To maintain the integrity of our space and ensure a high standard of service, we kindly ask all clients to adhere to the following expectations:

    Client Expectations

    • Clients are expected to arrive to their appointment practicing proper hygiene and in appropriate attire suitable for receiving beauty services.

    • Respectful behavior is required at all times. This includes the use of courteous language, maintaining appropriate boundaries, and treating staff and other clients with kindness and consideration.

    • Our studio is designed to be a safe and peaceful environment, and clients are responsible for contributing to and respecting that space during their visit.

    Substance Use & Influence

To ensure the safety and quality of service:

    • Clients who are suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, including the odor of marijuana or any substance, will not be serviced and may be charged a fee equal to part or all of the scheduled service cost.

    • This policy is in place to protect the health, comfort, and safety of both our clients and professionals.

    Right to Refuse Service

Bella Rosa Beauty LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive, including but not limited to:

    • Use of foul or offensive language

    • Disrespectful or threatening conduct

    • Aggressive, violent, or harassing behavior

Any client exhibiting such behavior will be asked to leave the premises immediately and may be subject to a non-refundable fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service.

  • At Bella Rosa Beauty LLC, we strive to provide every client with the full attention, care, and quality of service they deserve. In order to maintain a smooth schedule and ensure timely service for all clients, we have implemented the following lateness policy:

    Timeliness & Appointment Start Times

    • Both professionals and guests should be respectful of service times. Arriving on time allows us to deliver services as intended and avoid disrupting the schedule for other clients.

    • Clients who arrive late to their scheduled appointment may be subject to having their service canceled or rescheduled, depending on the professional judgment of the service provider.

    Service Feasibility

If a client’s tardiness compromises the ability to complete the scheduled service within the allotted time:

    • The service provider may determine that the service cannot be performed in full or at all, and may require the appointment to be rescheduled.

    • A late arrival may result in a shortened or modified service, or in some cases, a cancellation, particularly when it affects the timing of subsequent appointments.

    Repeated Tardiness

    • While occasional lateness is understood, multiple instances of tardiness may be treated as a violation of our service standards.

    • Clients with repeated tardiness infractions may be subject to dismissal from Bella Rosa Beauty LLC’s client list and may no longer be permitted to book services with us in the future.

    Lateness and Fees

While lateness does not automatically incur a cancellation fee, excessive or repeated lateness may be treated as a late cancellation, and therefore may be subject to a non-refundable fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

  • At Bella Rosa Beauty, your health and safety are our top priorities. Certain medical or skin conditions may prevent us from performing services, either temporarily or permanently. These are known as contraindications—conditions that may pose a risk to the client or interfere with treatment results.

To maintain a safe, sanitary environment for all clients, we are unable to perform services if any of the following are present:

    Contraindications Include:

    • Active cancer or undergoing chemotherapy

    • Viral infections (cold, flu, COVID-19, fever)

  • Bella Rosa Beauty LLC Signature Facial Party Policies

    Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and your group. If you need to cancel or modify your scheduled Facial Party, please do so as early as possible to avoid disruption.

    • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a non-refundable fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

    • No-call, no-show appointments are considered a violation of this policy and will be charged accordingly.

    • Clients are encouraged to reschedule rather than cancel. Rescheduling your appointment, regardless of timing, will not incur any fees as long as communication is made prior to the appointment time.

    • Exceptions may be made in the case of emergencies, at the sole discretion of the service provider.

    On-Site Service Policy

Bella Rosa Beauty LLC provides professional, on-location skincare services. The service provider will arrive at your chosen establishment, event space, or private location with all necessary equipment and products for setup.

To ensure a smooth and professional experience, the host is responsible for providing:

    • A clean, quiet, and private space for services

    • Access to a nearby electrical outlet and sink

    • A table or counter space for setup

Please ensure the space is prepared prior to the provider’s arrival so setup and service can begin promptly.

Client Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

At Bella Rosa Beauty LLC, professionalism, cleanliness, and respect are the foundation of every client experience. To preserve a safe and welcoming environment for both clients and professionals, the following standards apply:

    • Proper hygiene and appropriate attire are expected of all guests receiving services.

    • The service provider reserves the right to refuse service if performing the treatment may cause harm due to an existing skin condition, medical issue, or other contraindication.

    • The service provider reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if there is a noticeable smell of drugs or illegal substances, or if anyone on-site is observed or believed to be smoking, vaping, or using substances indoors.

    • In such cases, the appointment may be terminated immediately, and the client or host may still be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service cost.

    • Foul language, aggressive behavior, disrespectful conduct, or any form of verbal or physical harassment will result in the immediate end of services and may result in the client being permanently dismissed from future bookings.

    • Invoice for the event must be paid in full at least 1 week before the event. Any invoice that fails to be paid may be subject to a refusal of service.

    • All guests are kindly asked to be included on the original invoice prior to the scheduled event. Any last-minute additions will be required to pay a flat on-site service fee of $80. Please note that accommodating additional guests is subject to the service provider’s availability and discretion.

Bella Rosa Beauty LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or group that fails to comply with these standards or creates an unsafe or unprofessional environment.

    Liability & Property Policy

Bella Rosa Beauty LLC takes every precaution to ensure a safe and professional setup within your space. However, the host or booking client is responsible for providing a safe, clean, and stable environment for all services.

    • The service provider is not liable for any damage to property, furniture, flooring, or fixtures resulting from improper or unsafe conditions within the client’s space (including water access, electrical outlets, or surface instability).

    • The service provider reserves the right to decline setup or adjust the service area if the environment is deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or unsuitable for professional skincare services.

    • Any damage to Bella Rosa Beauty LLC equipment, products, or property caused by guests, pets, or unsafe conditions at the event location may result in additional fees or termination of the service without refund.

    • The host assumes full responsibility for the conduct and safety of all guests present during the service.

Bella Rosa Beauty LLC maintains professional liability insurance; however, this coverage applies solely to the service provider’s equipment and conduct, and does not extend to damages caused by the client, guests, or venue conditions.
